She has extensive experience, including more than 20 years in communication, both on the client side and in consulting. She interprets her clients’ needs perfectly and excels at accurately conveying all the nuances of an issue. She is essential to the team for her integrated vision of communications, her creativeness and her ability to unite and motivate.
As operations manager since 2003, Nathalie holds a special position at Morin Public Relations. She trains and manages the teams, ensures that work plans are relevant, budgets and deadlines are met and the work delivered is of the utmost quality.

Strongly familiar with public consultation processes, Sébastien has provided counsel, support and guidance to many clients—including Hydro-Québec and the Québec Ministry of Transport—for social acceptability and public participation projects. He has designed and developed citizen consultation programs for public- and private-sector organizations alike. He has also developed enviable expertise as a moderator of information sessions, town hall–style citizen assemblies, and advisory committees, notably in his role with the Good Neighbours Committees set up by Transport Québec for the Turcot Interchange rebuilding project.
Since joining Morin RP in 2006, he has completed a wide variety of mandates for cities as well as other public and para-public clients. Today, Sébastien is one of the agency’s main trainers, with particular expertise in media relations and public speaking. He enjoys analyzing and dissecting the media interviews he sees and hears every day. As a trainer, he shares that passion for the media industry with participants, who appreciate his drive and his insightful advice.

Over the past 15 years, Amély has developed remarkable versatility by meticulously managing numerous complex projects. Bachelor in communications, Velma graduated from Université du Québec à Montréal with a specialty in Public Relations and has since worked in various sectors. She started her career in a communications agency, then spent several years with the Quebec Cancer Foundation and then with belairdirect, a well-known Canadian insurer, before joining Morin RP. These diverse experiences have contributed to her understanding of various issues and her ability to develop comprehensive and creative strategies.
With more than 10 years of experience, Velma is known for her energy, efficiency, analytical capacity and ability to create strong and trusting relationships with colleagues, partners and clients, both internal and external.

She played a key role in major projects such as La Virée Rose for the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, which was honoured with an excellence award from the SQPRP, as well as the Yellow Pages’ campaign Shop the Neighbourhood, which earned an award in the STRAT competition. Béatrice has also contributed to media positioning for the Early Childhood Observatory, Concertation Montréal and ÉquiLibre, to name a few. Béatrice is a standout for her original ideas, her joie de vivre and her great dedication to work.
In 2016, she received an honourable mention from the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal for her outstanding work as part of the Classe Affaires program. She was also named as the agency’s ambassador on the succession committee of the Alliance des cabinets de relations publiques du Québec (ACRPQ).

Marie-Pier is a communications graduate (public relations profile) of the Université du Québec à Montréal. She developed her interest in writing and public relations while interning at agencies and companies. Resourceful and poised, she takes a disciplined approach to her work and pours the same energy into every project. A versatile consultant, Marie-Pier is especially interested in the business and consumer sectors, where she has worked for clients such as Walmart Canada, Molson and Orville Redenbacher.
Fan of action, Marie-Pier loves to bring her talents and skills to the field, where she organizes logistics onsite, in addition to managing media and influencers, which she did for Tremblant’s 24h and the CIBC Charles-Bruneau Tour.
True millennial, she works effectively with influencers from different backgrounds for various mandates, always to reach the highest results for her clients.

With extensive media knowledge, she has implemented several press relations campaigns for NGOs as well as small, medium and large companies. Over the years, she had the opportunity to work on various public interest campaigns, particularly with the Early Childhood Observatory and Québec en Forme, as well as public relations campaigns for the Orford Music Festival and TD Bank Group.
With a bachelor’s in communication, writing and multimedia at the Université de Sherbrooke and a post-graduate diploma in applied communication, Ariane enjoys learning on various topics. She loves to explore new universes through the various assignments she works on.

Mélodie completed a bachelor’s in public relations at the Université du Québec à Montréal and pursued a varied career path before making the leap to the agency setting at Morin RP.
Since joining the agency in August 2017, she has been actively involved in media relations, research and logistics engagements, including with the TD Bank Group. In 2018, she had the opportunity to work on the deployment of two societal campaigns in collaboration with the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion and ÉquiLibre. With a head full of ideas, Mélodie is meticulous and efficient in every assignment she undertakes.
