Bell Canada Enterprise Group asked Morin Public Relations to support it in setting up a Canadian coalition that would work to ensure the next generation of skilled information and communication technology (ITC) workers in response to an emerging serious manpower shortage.

In conjunction with this mandate, MPR accompanied Bell through all the steps leading to the coalition launch in Montreal and Toronto.
